Urban and street flooding occurred again. School classes were delayed by 2 hours because of the flooding. A holding pond near the Lloyd Expressway overflowed, temporarily closing parts of the expressway. Some roads caved in as sewer lines full of water cracked. Several roads across the county were closed at times.
