A tornado moved into Clay County, 3.5 miles northwest of Xenia, from Marion County. It continued to the northeast before lifting 2.5 miles north northwest of Xenia. Damage was limited to some downed trees on the north end of Greendale Lake. No injuries were reported and no damage estimate was available.
