A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS OBSERVED SOUTH OF OPP ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 331. THE FUNNEL MOVED TOWARD OPP BUT NEVER TOUCHED DOWN. THE FUNNEL APPEARED TO TOUCH THE TOP OF THE TREES BUT NO DAMAGE WAS FOUND.
