Several trees were blown down. The branch of a large maple tree went through the roof of a bungalow after the tree was struck by lightning. A large severe thunderstorm complex moved out of northeast Minnesota into northwest Wisconsin for the second morning in a row. Once again, damaging winds were the primary feature. Many trees and power lines were blown down, causing some structural damage and sending at least one person to the hospital with head injuries.

An isolated severe thunderstorm with gusts measureed to 60 mph blew over a large tree onto a house in Arbor Vitae. Dime-size hail was also produced by this severe storm in far northern Wisconsin.
