A tree and several large branches were blown down. A large severe thunderstorm complex moved out of northeast Minnesota into northwest Wisconsin during the morning. The severity of the storms decreased considerably after moving into Wisconsin, but still produced winds capable of knocking down trees.

Scattered severe thunderstrorms rolled through northern Wisconsin during the morning hours. Powerful winds toppled large trees near New Auburn (Chippewa County); and in St. Germania and Phelps (Vilas County). A few homes and vehicles sustained minor damaged in Kelly Lake.
