Thunderstorms moved southeast across the panhandles bringing strong outflow winds and hail up to golfball size. The winds northeast of Amarillo did about $25K damage to the Clements prison unit. The golfball hail in Moore county produced some damage reports but was unable to confirm the extent of the damage.
