Evening thunderstorms in western and central Oklahoma produced nickel-size hail four miles northwest of Reydon in Roger Mills County and in Shattuck in Ellis County. Severe thunderstorm winds were estimated at 70 mph in Carnegie in Caddo County. Limbs up to three inches were downed by severe thunderstorm winds 15 miles south of Tangier in Woodward County, two-inch limbs were downed in Weatherford in Custer County, and in Grady County widespread limbs up to two inches were downed and the power was out three miles west of Chickasha. In Cleveland County, 10-inch limbs were downed in Noble, and winds estimated at 60 mph blew down construction signs and two-inch limbs in Norman. In McClain County one mile west of Newcastle an eight-inch tree-top was snapped by severe thunderstorm winds.
