Thunderstorm winds blew the roof off a three-story home at the 5200 block of Jefferson Pike and damaged another roof nearby. At a nearby farm, a silo was leveled, a storage shed destroyed, and a roof was blown off a barn. Several trees and power lines were knocked down in the area as well.

Thunderstorm winds blew down a ticket booth, damaged several rides, and hurled debris at a carnival in Glen Burnie. Two men and one woman were injured. The most serious injury was suffered by a 62 year-old man who was struck by the falling ticket booth. Minor injuries were sustained by a 19 year-old man and a 31 year-old woman. The man was injured by flying debris while on a thrill ride; the woman was inside the ticket booth when it fell. At around the same time (1934EST), winds gusted to 50 mph (44 knots) at Baltimore/Washington International Airport.
