Thunderstorm winds downed 35 to 40 trees, mostly in northern and eastern parts of the county. County road crews spent several hours clearingb trees off roads. Electric crews worked to removeb trees that fell on power lines. Some power poles had to be replaced. A teenage girl drowned when the fishing boat she was in capsized in Kentucky Lake, just offshore from Calloway County. The six to eight ton musselling boat capsized in about four feet of water.

Police reported numerous trees and lines down across the county. Numerous traffic lights down in Louisville. Department Emergency Service reports 2,500 homes without power.
