High winds blew tractor-semitrailer off of Interstate 15 injuring three people in Clark County. A tractor-semitrailer was also blown off of Interstate 15 in Jefferson County. At Port of Entry at Sage Junction winds were clocked at 70 mph. In Dubois, widespread glass damage occured as well as roof and siding damage to many structures. Power lines and trees were also downed.
