Wind with a thunderstorm downed a huge water oak in downtown Fairhope around noon. The tree fell on a late model car damaging the hood and windshield. A wheelbarrow load of shingles were torn off the roof of a school building in Robertsdale at Robertsdale Elementary School. Heavy rain late in the afternoon also added to problems by pouring through the wind damaged roof.

Thunderstorm wind was responsible for scattered damage across mainly central sections of Baldwin County. In Spanish Fort, wind damaged the cafeteria at the Spanish Fort Elementary School. In Stapleton, siding was blown off a building, and in Bay Minette a fire station had some metal blown off the building. Large tree limbs and small trees were also downed in scattered areas throughout the county.
