Severe thunderstorms rolled across west-central, central and east- central Wisconsin generating two tornadoes, damaging winds, and hail up to the size of golf balls. A tornado briefly touched down three miles south of Luxemburg in Kewaunee County but did not cause any damage. Another tornado was observed near Cataract in Monroe County. This tornado damaged 30 trees, a barn and a picnic shelter. Thunderstorm downburst winds caused $250,000 in damage to 20 barns and numerous pieces of farm equipment from North Bend to Melrose in Jackson County. Violent thunderstorm winds ripped three roofs off businesses in Green Bay, Brown County.
