Winds estimated at over 60 mph knocked down several trees near Bastrop. The combination of strong winds and wet highways caused one vehicle to be washed off a road. Five inches of rain was produced by the storm, causing flash flooding across numerous county roads. Most of the damage from the storm was due to the washing out of roads.
