Winds ripped awnings and downed some trees. Sustained rains began on the evening of the 22nd with accumulations of almost 5 inches of rain at Georgetown and larger amounts inland. Many roads and streets flooded. Beach erosin reported on the morning of the 23rd. Highway 14 near Pleasant Hill closed by flooding on 23rd.
