Trees and powerlines were downed along Route 255 near Dubois; highway was closed for several hours. Between two and three inches of rain fell countywide with numerous reports of road and basement flooding. The Clearfield County emergency operations center recorded 2.57 inches of rain in two hours. Road crews were out most of the night cleaning up debris from flooded streams which covered area highways.
