A tornado briefly touched down in Dover Township near Pennsylvania State Route 74. The hardest hit area was within the Delwood Manor Development. Several roofs were blown off of modular houses. Roofs were lifted and set back down on 6 or 7 other houses. About the same number of houses were stripped of their aluminum siding, gutters and soffits. A few sheds were tossed, one for about 200 yards. A boat was moved off its block, but not damaged. No deaths or injuries were reported and property damage was estimated at $20,000.
