Dry Devils River near Comstock

1. 12.00 ft(3.7 meters), Major flooding is very dangerous for livestock in the flood plain. Recreationists downstream on the Devils River near Paffords Crossing to Lake Amistad should move away from the flood plain.
2. 8.00 ft(2.4 meters), Moderate lowland flooding cuts off and potentially drowns livestock in low areas of the flood plain. Torrential flow can wash campers, autos and gear downstream near and below Paffords Crossing.
3. 5.00 ft(1.5 meters), Minor lowland flooding extends into low areas of the flood plain with little impact.
