1. 160.50 ftRecord flooding equal to that of March of 2016. All unstilted homes suffer flooding. Interstate 49 affected by overflow at the Caddo and DeSoto Parish line at Cypress Bayou. Flooding approaches the undersides of several stilted homes as well. Extensive flooding below Wallace Lake Dam on Cypress Bayou as two feet of water flows over the spillway to several miles downstream on Bayou Pierre to below its confluence with Cypress Bayou. Numerous natural gas wells flooded or cut off by high water as well.
2. 158.50 ftWater is overflowing the spillway at this point. Livestock should be moved to higher ground on Cypress Bayou below Wallace Lake to Cypress Bayou's confluence with Bayou Pierre. Portions of Interstate 49 overflow at the Caddo DeSoto Parish lines at Cypress Bayou.
3. 156.00 ftAccess to homes becomes difficult as nearly all access roadways overflow and close. Unstilted homes affected by high water.
4. 154.00 ftExpect overflow into several roadways near Southern Kingston and Wallace Lake Roads.
5. 152.00 ftExpect overflow of some secondary roadways in the Southern Kingston Road area.
6. 151.00 ftHigh water will overflow and result in some significant flooding on some secondary roadways around the Southern Kingston Road area. Livestock near the lake should be moved to higher ground.
7. 149.00 ftExpect some minor lowland flooding with overflow beginning to affect some secondary roadways around the Southern Kingston Road area.
