Water reaches the bridge on Church Street in downtown Westernport, and is approaching several areas along the railroad tracks which parallel the creek just above the city.
- 13.10 ftNumerous buildings and roads in the town of Westernport, and points upstream, are flooded. Water reaches both railroad bridges upstream of Westernport, as well as multiple bridges in Westernport.
- 12.10 ftFloodwaters are moving through the city of Westernport, and approaching Westernport Elementary School. Water is also covering Brodie Road between Midland and Lonaconing.
