- 16.00 ftMajor flooding. Inundation becomes widespread along the business district in Walton. Water depth is up to five feet deep along sections of Delaware Street in Walton. Liberty and Townsend Streets are flooded near Delaware St.
- 15.00 ftWater depth is up to three feet deep along portions of the Delaware Street business district in Walton. North St. and the lower part of Griswold St. floods. Widespread flooding occurs at the Fairgrounds. The substation off South St. is surrounded by water.
