The river nears bankfull in Skowhegan along Elm and Alder Streets near the Weston Dam. Properties along East River Road in Clinton surrounded by flood waters with emergency access cut-off.
7. 80000.0 ftExpanding minor flood impacts across low lying areas. There are increasing backwater issues possible between Norridgewock to Clinton. In Skowhegan water encroaches on Route 2 near Malbons Mill Road and near the boat ramp. East River Road floods to a depth of 1 to 2 feet in Clinton.
