1. 68.00 ftThe main acreage and some buildings may be flooded at the Angola State Penitentiary as the water reaches the top of the inner levee. The west bank levee will be topped and the town of Lettsworth will be flooded.
2. 64.00 ftMajor flooding is in progress. Angola Landing will remain under water and ferry service will be terminated. All river islands, recreational camps, and river bottom farm land will be under water.
3. 63.39 ftFlood of Record occurred on May 18, 2011.
4. 62.00 ftAngola Landing will remain under water and all ferry service will be terminated. All river islands along the reach from Red River Landing to Baton Rouge will remain inundated with recreational camps and river bottom farm land under water.
5. 61.61 ftFlood of March 24, 1997.
6. 59.00 ftThe east bank levee will be topped and the prison farm land between the two levees will be inundated. Angola Landing will be under water closing the ferry there. All river islands along the reach from Red River Landing to Baton Rouge will remain inundated with recreational camps and river bottom farm land under water.
7. 58.00 ftAngola farmland on the left bank becomes inundated.
8. 54.00 ftAll river islands along the reach from Red River Landing to Baton Rouge will be inundated. Recreational camps and river bottom land will be under water. Water approaches Angola farm land.
9. 51.00 ftAll river islands along the reach from Red River Landing to Baton Rouge will be inundated. Recreational camps and river bottom farm land will be under water.
10. 48.00 ftAccess roads will be inundated and evacuation of all river islands must be complete. Protection of people and property in the river bottom land on the river side of the levees must be complete.
11. 46.00 ftRiver traffic will become dangerous. A levee crevasse would flood adjacent farm land. Significant flooding of Raccourci Island will continue and evacuation of the island is recommended.
12. 45.00 ftBetween the 40 and 45 foot stage flooding of Raccourci Island becomes significant. At the 45 foot stage evacuation of the island is recommended.
