Hwy 501 BYP may flood.

Flooded areas include Waccamaw CIR, Gray Oak DR, Riverside DR, Black Moss DR, Cypress Flat Court, Depot RD, New RD, Jackson Bluff RD, Old Reaves Ferry RD, Bear Bluff RD, Cox Ferry RD, Caines Landing Rd, Long Ave, Sherwood DR, Elm ST, Peachtree RD, HWY 905, Marina DR and Old Bucksville RD. Pecan Grove Blvd and Main ST may begin to flood. Railroad tracks in Conway will be flooded.
6. 16.00 ftMajor flooding in Lees Landing, Riverfront South, Pitch Landing, and Savannah Bluff. Flooded areas include Waccamaw CIR, Gray Oak DR, Riverside DR, Black Moss DR, Cypress Flat Court, Depot RD, New RD, Jackson Bluff RD, Old Reaves Ferry RD, Bear Bluff RD, Cox Ferry RD, Caines Landing RD, Long AVE, Sherwood DR, Elm ST, Peachtree RD, Marina DR and Old Bucksville RD. Highway 905 north of Kingston Lake will begin to flood. The Conway Marina and railroad tracks in Conway will be flooded.
7. 15.00 ftFlooding continues to worsen in Lees Landing, Riverfront South, Pitch Landing, and Savannah Bluff and along Waccamaw CIR, Gray Oak DR, Riverside DR, Black Moss DR, Cypress Flat Court, Depot RD, New RD, Jackson Bluff RD, Cox Ferry RD, Old Bucksville RD and Old Reaves Ferry RD. The Conway Marina, Elm ST, and Marina DR will be flooded. Flooding begins in areas along Bear Bluff RD, Long AVE, Sherwood DR, and in additional areas along Caines Landing RD. Railroad tracks in downtown Conway will begin to flood.
8. 14.00 ftFlooding worsens in Lees Landing, Riverfront South, Pitch Landing, and Savannah Bluff and along Waccamaw CIR, Gray Oak DR, Riverside DR, Black Moss DR, Cypress Flat Court, Depot RD, New RD, and Jackson Bluff RD. Old Reaves Ferry RD will be flooded. Elm ST will begin to flood near the Marina. Cox Ferry RD areas off Old Bucksville RD will begin to flood. Lowland flooding near Crabtree Swamp along Long AVE and Sherwood DR. Rain when the swamp is high could produce flooding in these areas.
9. 13.00 ftFlooding worsens in Lees Landing, Riverfront South, Pitch Landing, and Savannah Bluff and along Waccamaw CIR, Riverside DR, Black Moss DR, Cypress Flat Court, Depot RD, New RD, Jackson Bluff RD, and in low areas along Gray Oak DR. Some of these areas may be inaccessible via road. Old Reaves Ferry RD may begin to flood.
10. 12.00 ftFlooding will worsen in Lees Landing, Riverfront South, Pitch Landing, and Savannah Bluff. Flooding will also worsen along Waccamaw CIR, Riverside DR, and in low areas along Gray Oak DR. Flood waters will begin to affect Black Moss DR and Cypress Flat. Depot RD, New RD, and Jackson Bluff RD may begin to flood. The lowest homes on Riverside DR north of Conway may be affected. Witch Golf Course may begin to flood. Swamps will be heavily flooded.
11. 11.00 ftWater will begin to cause minor flooding of yards and a few roads in the Lees Landing, Pitch Landing, Savannah Bluff, and Riverfront South communities. Areas along Waccamaw CIR will experience minor flooding and Riverside DR may begin to flood. Low areas along Gray Oaks Drive may begin to flood. Access to Hidden River RD may be cutoff. Overflow of vast uninhabited swamp and natural boat landings will occur.
12. 10.50 ftWater will spread into swamps along the river and a few boat landings will begin to flood.
