According to information released by the Servicio Sismologico Nacional del Instituto de Geofisica de la Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, two earthquakes were recorded on November 24, the first with a magnitude of 4.1 at 14:51:00 UTC (08:51:00 Central Mexico Time CT) 46 km southeast of Salina Cruz, Oaxaca, with an epicenter located at coordinates Lat: 15.789° Long: -95.055°, at a depth of 16.1 km. The second earthquake had a magnitude of 3.0 and occurred at 16:28:08 UTC (10:28:08 Central Mexico Time), with its epicenter located at coordinates Lat: 17.347° and Long: -93.221°, at a depth of 3 km […] Given that the magnitude of the earthquakes was less than 5.0, the United States Geological Survey website and the Tsunami Warning Center (CAT-SEMAR-Mexico) did not publish anything regarding this event.
