On 08 April 2017, a 5.6 and 6.0 magnitude earthquakes were felt in Mabini, Batangas at 3:07 PM and 3:09 PM. A total of six (6) injured were reported in Batangas Province of which one (1) is from Mabini, four (4) from Tingloy, and one (1) from Batangas City. To date. a total of 2,614 damaged houses were reported in Batangas province; of which, 506 were totally damaged and 2, 108 were partially damaged. (reference #11779)
