outages occurred at Mexico City. Felt (VI) at
Chilpancingo; (V) at Acapulco, Iguala, Mexico City,
Morelia, Nezahualcoyotl and Toluca; (IV) at
Cuernavaca, Ecatepec, Lazaro Cardenas and
Tlalnepantla; (III) at Naucalpan and Puebla. Also felt
