The city of Oran is affected by an earthquake, the memories of 1871, produced an exodus to the cities of Jujuy and Salta, the buildings of the Cabildo, hospitals, schools and all the houses of the town were damaged. The intensity of the earthquake was VII degrees Mercalli. (reference #14044)
