July 8, 1368, Xugou, Shanxi Province, 37.6 N, 112.5 E, magnitude 6, intensity VII. Earth quaked at Xugou, Wenshui, Xiaoyi and Jiexlu. Some people were killed. Ground cracked at Xugou and black water gushed out. Earthquakes started on June 16 and lasted for more than a month. Shocks also struck Linxian, Baode and Shilou, Shanxi Province, and Shaanxi Province. (reference #3939)
