* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northern Jackson County in southeastern Ohio... Northwestern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio... Northern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 100 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 458 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
