* WHERE...Cedar River near Lansing.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 19.3 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
