Light winds overnight and a clear to partly cloudy sky allowed for
the formation of fog, locally dense, in parts of eastern North
Dakota and northwest Minnesota. Use caution if traveling in fog
areas as visibilities are likely to change quickly.
Fog will burn off around 11 am.

Light winds overnight and a clear to partly cloudy sky allowed for
the formation of fog, locally dense, in parts of eastern North
Dakota and northwest Minnesota. Use caution if traveling in fog
areas as visibilities are likely to change quickly.
Fog will burn off around 11 am.
