* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, including the following areas, Adams, Allen IN, Blackford, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Miami, Wabash, Wells and Whitley and northwest Ohio, including the following areas, Paulding and Van Wert. * WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is possible through late tonight. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
