  Southwestern Rapides Parish in central Louisiana...
  East central Vernon Parish in west central Louisiana...

* Until 900 PM CST.

* At 825 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Fullerton, or 10 miles north of Pitkin, moving
  east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Lacamp and Leander around 830 PM CST.
  Hineston around 835 PM CST.
  Sieper and Elmer around 840 PM CST.
  Otis around 845 PM CST.
