...TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 PM EDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN TIOGA COUNTY...

At 841 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 7 miles west of Millerton, or 12 miles north of
Mansfield, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
         likely.

This tornado will be near...
  Millerton around 900 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by the tornado include Tioga Junction and
Roseville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built building
away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a
vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself
from flying debris.

Tornadoes are difficult to observe at night. Take cover now!

...TORNADO WARNING IS CANCELLED FOR NORTHEASTERN TIOGA COUNTY...

The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled. However, damaging wind
gusts of 60 mph winds and quarter size hail are still possible with
this thunderstorm. Radar indicated rotation is still being noted with
this storm as well. Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe
thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the basement or
small central room in a sturdy structure.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1200 AM EDT for a
portion of central Pennsylvania.
