SOUTHWESTERN DELAWARE COUNTIES...
At 613 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain in Oxford and Nottingham with numerous flooded
roadways reported. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The
expected rainfall rate is 2.5 to 3.5 inches in 1 hour. Additional
rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned
area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
