* At 405 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 3 to 4 inches in 1 hour.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 2.5 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

producing heavy rain with a small creek along North Heidelberg Road
beginning to overflow its banks. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have
fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 3 to 4 inches in 1 hour.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 2.5 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
