The strongest winds will be found along the Lake Erie shore just northwest of the Chautauqua Ridge. * WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 2 PM EDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power isolated outages may result.
