  Northwestern Polk County in northwestern Wisconsin...

* Until 530 PM CDT.

* At 452 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located near North Branch,
  or 8 miles east of Cambridge, moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement confirmed tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Rush City around 500 PM CDT.

NORTHWESTERN CHISAGO AND NORTHWESTERN POLK COUNTIES...

At 501 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Rush City, or 13 miles east of Cambridge, moving
northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
