  Northwestern Ransom County in southeastern North Dakota...

* Until 815 PM CDT.

* At 748 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Fort Ransom, or 26 miles south of Valley City,
  moving southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

27 miles south of Valley City, moving southeast at 20 mph.
