The National Weather Service in Pueblo has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  East central Prowers County in southeastern Colorado...

* Until 630 PM MDT.
    
* At 557 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 13 miles south of Granada, or 17 miles southwest of
  Coolidge, moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail. This storm has a 
           history of producing tornadoes.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  east central Prowers County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest

CENTRAL PROWERS COUNTY...
    
At 606 PM MDT, a confirmed tornado was located 14 miles south of
Holly, or 16 miles southwest of Coolidge, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
