* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northeastern Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  South central Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 745 AM EDT.

* At 726 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Lake Telemark to near Boonton to Caldwell,
  moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is 
           possible.

* Locations impacted include...
  Hopatcong, East Hanover, Lincoln Park, Kinnelon, Boonton, Butler,
  Mount Arlington, Mountain Lakes, Riverdale, Pequannock Township,
  Lake Telemark, Green Pond and White Meadow Lake.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 45 and 48.
 Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 44 and 54.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

In addition to large hail and damaging winds, frequent cloud to
ground lightning is occurring with these storms. Move indoors
immediately. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough

CENTRAL SUSSEX COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 745 AM EDT...
    
The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However gusty
winds and heavy rain are still possible with these thunderstorms.
