PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most 
flood deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM EARLY THIS MORNING TO LATE THIS 
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neshaminy Creek At Langhorne.

* WHEN...From early this morning to late this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Water begins to overflow the lowest banks, 
  on both sides of the creek, into adjacent wooded areas.
  At 9.0 feet, Flooding begins on Bridle Drive in Middletown Township.
  At 10.5 feet, Route 413, near Bridgeton Pike in Middletown 
  Township, is subject to closures due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:15 AM EDT Monday the stage was 9.7 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 5:15 AM EDT Monday was 9.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.0
    feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late
