* Until noon CDT.
* At 758 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3.5 and 5
inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2
inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing
or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban

NORTHWESTERN FREEBORN AND SOUTHERN WASECA COUNTIES...
At 948 AM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing
heavy rain in New Richland. Between 3.5 and 5 inches of rain have
fallen. Storms are beginning to weaken, however an additional amount
of around an inch is possible through the rest of this morning.
Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,

area, and though only light showers are expected for the next few
hours, localized flooding will continue through early afternoon.
