* At 1238 PM EST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located 8 miles east of Winamac, moving northeast at 25
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northwestern Fulton and southeastern Marshall Counties, including
  the following locations... Leiters Ford, Tiosa, Kewanna, Bruce Lake
  Station, Walnut and Talma.

was located 7 miles northwest of Rochester, moving northeast at 35
mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.
