  Northeastern Tipton County in central Indiana...

* Until 200 PM EST.
    
* At 118 PM EST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Windfall, or 9 miles southeast of Kokomo, moving
  northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

HOWARD AND NORTHEASTERN TIPTON COUNTIES...
    
At 125 PM EST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Windfall, or 10 miles southeast of Kokomo, moving
northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
eastern Howard and northeastern Tipton Counties.
