* At 706 PM EST, a tornado producing storm was located over Cedar
  Creek, or 8 miles northwest of Abbeville, moving northeast at 25
  mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
