The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Marshall County in northeastern Kansas...

* Until 600 PM CDT.
    
* At 528 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 5 miles north of Oketo, moving southeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and hail up to two inches in diameter.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. At 518 PM a spotter reported a 
           brief tornado east of Blue Springs.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Beattie and Oketo.
