* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Minor flooding begins upstream on Black 
  River Road.
  At 10.0 feet, Flooding occurs along Old York Road and in North 
  Branch Village.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:45 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 8.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight and crest at 10.4 feet. It will
    then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning.
