  was located near Downs, or 8 miles east of Bloomington, moving
  northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree

At 646 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located 3 miles southwest of 
Colfax, or 14 miles northwest of Gibson City, moving northeast at 40 
mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.
