...WINTER STORM WARNING HAS EXPIRED...

* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills.
  Wind chills as low as 25 below zero. For the Winter Storm Watch,
  heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 8 inches
  possible. For the Winter Storm Warning, potential for impactful
  snow has diminished.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast and southeast 
  Oklahoma and northwest and west central Arkansas.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until 9 AM CST Tuesday. For 
  the Winter Storm Warning, until noon CST today. For the Winter 
  Storm Watch, from Tuesday evening through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The 
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening 
  commute. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed 
  skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Avoid outside activities if possible. When outside, make sure you
wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
